When I take off in my 05 the torque converter does not lock until miles up the road. I can leave the driveway and be on the highway and at highway speeds within about a mile. It seems that the lock up doesn't occur until I've been on the highway at least 2 miles if not more.
The Attitude monitor is where I am getting my info.
Is this normal?
