Has anyone got a 2001 Crewcab short bed 2500HD Duramax/Allision 2 wheel drive that has the two piece drive shaft replaced with the new one piece?

My dealer says the service bullitin does not apply.

My dealers (both of them) agree. No telephone poles for us.
