Torsion bars????

Is there a company that makes a stronger set of torsion bars for our trucks? After having three of these things I have noticed that the "sag" starts after the first month or 4k and really drops down by the year end. I would like to find someone that makes a true HD set. If you had a heavy-duty bumper with a winch and big tires the weight would exacerbate the bars. :mad: I don't want Green Keys or a lift, just HD bars! Anyone got a clue where these might be had? :confused:

Maybe you just need a heavier set of t-bars, gm sells different load ratings. look for a sticker on your t-bar for a two letter code.

You should have the 4800# bars. You have em cranked now or anything? Or do you have anything hung off the front?

This is unacceptable IMO for the bars to be sagging so soon. If you havent abused um I would talk to the dealer.

If you are loading your front end do a search on timbrens (sp?)

I do remember someone making bars but for the life of me I dont know were they are.
