Mirror/Tempature readings ?

During the onset of this last cold spell, I noticed by mirror/temp gauge reading 37 degrees and then "ice". It would alternate back and forth. ??? :confused:

It's working the way it's supposed to. They do that for a few seconds after startup and then switch to just display the temp. I forget what the temp has to be to cause this, but it's around the 37* point.

Mine does the same thing (but I thought it was lower then 37).
