Shift indicator / trans pressure switch going out anyone else?

Just had switch replaced last week total $245.00 not under warranty(01 w/55,000)but today talking to two other guys I know and theirs went out also this week, is their a problem or just happen to us at the same time.By the way when it gos out the gear selector light may move backward from what gear you are in and it won't shift out of 1st.

This is a well known problem with '01 and early '02 DMax trucks. Go up to the header on this page, and do a search with the subject, NSBU. You'll find a lot of material.
