TOWING WITH PREDATOR

I tow a 5th wheel with a 2005 K2500.
Used the Predator to set the Duramax at the 40hp
level.
On level highway at 60mph the post turbo temp.
quickly climbed to 1050 deg.
I used this same setting on the 2001 with no problems.
Any ideas? Cat. converter.
The way it is the Pedator is of no use.

What sort of post turbo temps do you see without the Predator?

Pre-turbo, we saw 1400 degrees with completely stock LLY's during the Pull-Off (http://www.thedieselpage.com/features/pulloff04.htm) last summer.

Under the same conditions without the Predator I would see temps in the 700-800 deg. range.
