I'm still running the Edge 3.1. Still is a kick in the pants, but was wondering if the upgrade is worth sending in for? What differences are there?
Thanks guys and gals.
I started with a version 3.5 Juice with confirmation. It is my understanding that earlier version didn't even have confirmation. That would be a big benefit.
The current version, unless they've announced something in the recent couple of weeks, is version 4.61. And also, they have introduced a "HOT" version with 120 hp in level 4.
Version 4.61 is very solid and trouble free and I think well worth sending it in for updates. As far as I know, it would be a free update for you.
I would do it, but that's just my $0.02.

Now that you mention it, I do have the 3.5c. Any idea how long it takes them to replace it?

Sorry to burst someone's bubble,

Updates are free, HOT JUICE is not.
Poney up the fee and look out   .

P.S. well worth it.

Bad Dawg,
It depends on who and if they are running any specials.
JK I think has it for $250 or $300 . Edge can also do it.
Personally I see varying prices and there are refurb's lurking out there as well.
I have had 2 boxes and 3 programs. Current one is v4.61, that's the one you would get.
NO PROBLEMO, except some excess tire wear when MAC and chevyhdman stop by to consume adult beverages in my neck of the woods  .
GMC ;)
P.S. on the dyno the "HOT JUICE" pushed the HP up 138HP and 300 LB=FT Torque over the stock baseline. :D

So, is the HOT JUICE a change they do to the unit I already have or is what I have now spare parts?
Same unit but different programming.
Had the EZ AMP and sent it to JKand got it back super quick.
Towed on level 2 before but had some "fishbite" issues.
The Hot Juice re flash took care of that.
Still tow on level 2 with no fishbite and temps stay down under 1200 deg.
Had the camper and boat on yesterday with some long steep hills and left little ricers and mini vans in my wake!!
Close enough to perfect for me!!
