Tranny capacity

What is the tranny capacity of the D/A 3500 dually?

13qts after a rebuild or 7.5qts D&R. spes is actually 12.7 and 7.4 but the forementioned 13 and 7.5 is what I use.

Does this include the torque convertor?

7.5 for pulling the plug in the pan and spinning on a new filter and the 13 is when the converter is drained and the tranny overhauled.
