James, This has O.E.M DOC software? I had to purchase mine through SPX Kentmoore,plus buy a laptop and cables. I also have to go back to school to enable the programming side.LOTSABUCKS!!

Well, it's for PDA (Palm). I added it up and it's $359.85 approx. Of course you'll need a Palm, too.
