HELP!!!! Dealer is giving me the RUNAROUND

I took nmy truck 2002 3500 4x4 D/A to my dealer Lubbers in cheny KS. to get the pull to the Left fixed that has came back. I have had the Lube to fix the steering rattle and Didn't Work. So I figured that I would take them the info from this sight on the Steering Bearing fix and have that done at the same time, I took everything. the tech article EVEN the direction sheet that was posted on here. THIS IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME They said QUOTE (those directions arn't even for your truck MR.Johnson) I was alittle upset. They said that they replaced the intermediate shaft and the bearing wasn't a factor!!!! I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE post anything that I can take to them on the bearing replacement. your steering box must have HD or CB on it..The letters..

Keep after them, then get out the owners manuel and call GM..

Paintdude, is this steering problem only for 4x4's?

It is for Steering boxes with CB or HD suffex code on them in 2500 and 3500 trucks..So it might apply to a 2 wheel drive,also..

Thanks Paintdude, I will look at my pump/box tomorrow and check out the numbers. If it does have the certain codes what I am going to expect for an answer when I bring it to the stealer. Thanks again
