View Full Version : Looking for Elder Board Members
I don't know if I can find any of you guys, but I use to be a daily visitor to this site. I ordered my 01 GMC HD back in January of 02. Took delivery Memorial Day weekend 02. She now has 36,000 trouble free miles. I still have the "tick"!!
I know TurboAl was here. I was hoping a few of you might remember my username.
Good to be back!

"Broker" posted, on another forum:
"01 D/A, 468,571 mi. About to be retired.
Extremely satisfied"

SCAPE, WELCOME BACK!! Howard
Thanks Pontiac! How has life been treating you? I see Steve O is a familiar name, but that is the only one I recognized other than Turbo Al and now you.
Are you still helping folks figure out VIN numbers?

Hi Scrape Welcome back -- Mine's running fine -- just a couple of dents and some minor electrical gremlins. I been busy out in the woods scouting a new hunting spot.

welcome back. I've been here for a little over 2 years now. Not exactly trouble free miles here, but sitting right at 120,000 miles (havent seen the dash in 3 weeks now, but thats a different story, different thread. ;)
I had to take mine in this morning. Seems she is leaking fuel all over the ground. I did a search and found out it could be the injectors, etc. On the way back from lunch I saw a new Crew DMax sitting on the GMC dealers lot.....hmmmmmm
I sure never thought I would have engine problems this quickly. I sure don't like having to work on them.
Sounds like a pretty common problem with 01 and 02's....
