I believe you can straight from the manufacturer in Toronto... or a Cdn. distributor.

not sure, but during this last week i saw at least a dozen trucks [dodge & gm] with those mirrors. one is always by my school parked in a building box parking lot [chevy 3500 blue lt] that mirror style is growing on me. also saw a few trucks trucks with gauges on the pillar. they seem to be getting more popular..
