I have noticed recently that when it rains the ABS light comes on, the speedometer doesn't work or the cruise control. When I go to town and stop and start the truck a couple of times everything works. If I'm driving the speedometer will work, but the ABS ligh will stay on until I shut off the truck. The ABS will stay out at the next startup. I have check all the grounds and electrical connections. What could it be?

Have you tried cleaning electrical plug connections with any kind of spray tuner cleaner? Rat Shack carries tuner cleaner, it has an oil base and leaves a film that helps keep out water.
