Cold draft?

No, I am not talking about a frosty lager!
But in my new to me '01 Silverado D/A 2500HD there is a pretty decent cold draft around the upper right side of the passenger footwell. Is there an easy explanation for this?

hi the 01 t0 03 have a bulliten out to reseal the heater case to the outside vent through the windshield wiper cowling.you have to remove the cowling remove a small metal plate and then reseal the foam the buts up to the heater case with r.t.v or silicone.and then put some kind of insulation up around the heater box behind the glove box.

I had mine fixed under warranty, talk to your dealer maybe you'll get lucky and he will do it for you. I believe the TSB # 01-01-37-008.. It's worth a try.. Good luck...
