My right rear wheel squeals with every brake application. Pads at 90%, nowhere near the squealers. Doesn't seem to be any debris on them.
I feel like giving them a shot of WD40. Not a good idea eh?
Any suggestions?

You might try to clean them with brake cleaner first. If that doesn't work, remove the pads and hit them with a sander on the faces and bevel the leading and trailing edges a bit. Put them back in using the brake pad quieting goo on the backings. That's about all I can think of as squeaking is often caused by dust, vibration, a piece of brake pad material that is a bit too hard or the leading edge of the pad.
