Help w/ rear end noise

Has any notice the slight bump fell in the rear end when you take off from a dead stop fells like slack in the rear end also I notice this same fell as the truck comes to a stop and then set back. Like I say this fells like slack but I can't find any slack in the driveline - could this be something to do with the rear disc brakes system :confused:

sounds like you have the two piece drive shaft problem? there is a few postings on this if you use the seach feature on the site it should come up with something. I dont know if your model is one that has this problem but some trucks are getting one piece drive shafts put in after you take it back to the dealer and complain.. this problem seams to get worse if you tow! Its really not something to worry about but for 40k I want it right to!
