Interesting... I was giving the truck a wash last night, and noticed some grease between the lugnut covers and on the wheel. ??? I have NEVER seen this before, except on my boat wheels. Do I need some bearing buddies?? :D . Anyway, just wondering if you guys are seeing similar results...

Maybe the CV boot has a little slit in it and grease is being forced out onto the rim??
No signs of grease on my PYO's, however only 8,300 miles.

Alli-max,
I put it there in January during your visit - just checking to see how long it would be until you cleaned up that beast... ;) :D

Very Funny Mittie!! Never know, this MIGHt be the first time I have washed it...
As for the CV, maybe that could be it. I did just have new shoes put on, and IIRC, I didnt see this until AFTER the tires were installed....

Front, rear, or both?
Did you or the shop put anti-seize on the wheel studs when you installed your new tires?
