OD lockout

Anyone have detailed instructions and part #'s on how to install the OD lockout switch on an 02 crewcab?

If you goto Kennedy Diesel (http://www.kennedydiesel.com) , under Tech TIps, John gives plenty of details and even color photos on the install. Since you have a 2002, you may need to get your TCM updated to accept the lockout switch. The programming should also help the Ally hold 5th gear a little longer without downshifting. Just had mine updated, but haven't put it to the test yet of pulling anything.
