Allison OD lockout already in the TCM on late 2002s?

My 2002 was built on 5/10/2002. Does that mean my TCM already has the OD lockout feature since that was introduced on 3/24/2002?

Mine was built in april & have had two dealers assure me that it had it. FWIW, I've not installed the hw yet but have had 1-2 & 2-1 harseness, 4-5 hunting etc and the dealer replaced the TCM and the valve body today. That valve body was > $1400 item. The TCM was > $800. ~ odoh

The 3/24/02 ver 3.5 has been replaced with a later one. I just had mine updated on Tues. Changes engine performance at low end and idle and shifts smoother. The 5th gear lockout can be done but not under warranty any longer. It is a standard feature on the 03.
