Clanging under truck

I have a DMAX with 6-speed 4X2. Ever since I got it I have heard a clanging noise when I go over a speedbump or the like and also when backing up my driveway and pushing the clutch in sort of fast. Dealer can find no problem. Does anyone have this problem or know what could be causing this? Thanks, Red Diesel

Sounds like the o'load spring leaf clanging against the main spring pack when you hit a bump.Mine did it untill the dealer installed some "boots" on the end of the o'load leaves. It stopped most of the noise & it is covered under warranty.
