Where's the TCM located?

I'm thinking about installing an OD lockout switch. I have the GM instructions that say to connect to the TCM. I can figure out what TCM means, but where is the sucker located?

'02 GMC 4X4 ext/sb w/Juice, gages, Transferflow, Lucerix, 255R85's, Truspeed, Line-X, and big payments.

It's bolted to the back of the fan shroud, on the driver's side of the engine compartment.

Thanks SoMnDMAX. I thought that might be it because I unplugged it when I was looking for the engine computer (to connect the Truspeed).
