I am needing to change the fluid and filter on the allison and I don't know how much fluid I need to buy.I'm considering the synthetic ATF.

Total capacity with stock shallow pan 12.7 Qts. Drain capacity with stock shallow pan 7.4 Qts.

Total capacity with deep pan 15.9 Qts. Drain capacity with deep pan 10.6 Qts.
