Dirty bumper

Has anyone figured out a way to keep dirt and water from the front wheels from coming out all over the ends of the front bumper? I have my bumper cap painted white to match the truck and it's almost always dirty. There should be a way to shield the water from being thrown up there, right? Has anyone addressed this? :confused:

Suggest you only drive on the dry highway, only in fair weather. :D :D :D
