I have been trying to work with the service department again to get my rattling rear springs fixed..I have the part numbers and they are just doing the same thing they did with the steering box fix..

I swear, I AM NEVER GONNA BUY ANOTHER NEW VEHICLE AGAIN!!!!!! If I am gonna have to live with warrenty stuff or fix it myself, I am just gonna buy used next time..

GM Service on the Duramax is a plain shame..I even called my so called buddy at GM Corporate today also and asked him if he could help come up with a fix and wasn`t much help..It sounds like to me I have used up my one get out of jail free card on the steering fix.. :mad:

It is just disgusting the way they treat thier customers...

Just had to VENT!!!!!

I ordered the parts today :mad: and then the dealership service writer calls and tells me he has one of the parts in stock and the other is on its way..

Maybe the call to Detroit did get me something, again... :confused:
