I would like to switch the extra power outlet located on the passenger side with the cigarette lighter on the driver side. It looks like I have to remove that part of the console to get at the two of them. Anyone have any idea where to start?

It just pops out, like the rest of the dash everything is just snapped together. I had mine out for a two-way radio install.
