How to disable the panic button?

Is there any way to disable the panic feature on the keyless entry remote. At least once a week it goes off as I put my keys in my pocket. I looked in the manual, but no info on how to disable it. The only thing I can figure is to disable the horn or the whole remote at the fuse box. I really don't want to do either. If push comes to shove I'll just leave the remote at home and go back to using the key. Any ideas?

Pop open the keyless entry remote and put a peice of tape between the connections of just the panic button. Easy fix!
