Great deal on motor oil (NAPA = Valvoline)

NAPA is running a promotion on their motor oil for the month of February - $0.99/quart for regular oil, $2.99 for full synthetic. I normally buy Valvoline or Mobil 1 with a preference for Valvoline Synthetic. As it turns out the NAPA-labeled oil is Valvoline. Valvoline is private-labeling their oil for NAPA and can offer it at a lower price. Definitely not the pretty container, but you can see the Valvoline design elements in the case packaging.

Also, NAPA Gold oil filters get very good reviews.

Be careful. Just because a company gets its oil made by a company you like, NAPA is telling the other company how many additives and what additives to put in the oil. I know...I have sold oil.
