Allison transmission flush

Does anyone have the instructions for draining the Alli and flushing the system out. I will be doing my 25K fluid change and will adding the deep pan, deep pan filter and a new spin on. I also have 5 gallons of Transynd to waste so I want to make sure the $240 I just spent in parts goes completely wrong and that I drown myself in fluid. Yes I searched the archives but could not track down the actual instructions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
