I've got everything I need (factory solenoid, pipes, fittings etc.) to retrofit a passenger side tank and increase capacity to 40 gallons total on my K30 (M1028 3600lbs HD) diesel pick up.
I'd like to hear any ideas/experiences you may have with setting up a single fill point for both tanks.
I have a 3" dia. filler pipe and my idea was to experiment with either a "Y" fuel fitting or an auxiliary plenum tank fed by the filler and connected to the 2 tanks. I'll retain the air lock relief pipes to help prevent surges/backing up when filling.
