Written by member Jim Allen, the February 2004 issue of Four Wheeler magazine contains an excellent article on the AAM 1150 rear axle used in all 2001-04 2500HD/3500 pickup trucks.

Lots of inside photos and a complete spec chart compare the AAM to a Dana 80.

Hey, I thought the 6.0 L HDs used a 10.5 rear axle. no? :confused:

It's kinda funny how differently Dodge and GM rate these axles isn't it :confused: .
