Looks like its time to replace the factory tires. I want to go to 265s, and keep the stock rims. From searching the site, looks like I can narrow it down to the Nitto Terras or the Bridgestone Revos. Need a good tire for rain/snow and slight off roading during hunting season. Any comments??

Thanks.

Thanks. Are both the Revos and Nittos E rated tires??

If it's any help I went with 285/75/16 Sport Kings. I have no clearence issues and they hook up unbelievably in the snow and wet roads.

I like the Pro Comp A/T's ...haven't ran them personally but know others who love them. Similar to Revo with Severe Weather rating and 50K tread warranty. Will be my next set of tires when I wear out the BF's.

Nittos and Revos both come in D and E ratings. If noise is a priority go with the Revos. If you want something more agressive put on the Nittos!

Well, I was going to go with 255/85s...but it doesn't look like these tires come in that size. Any recommendation in the 255 size??

Thanks

I was just wondering if anyone had tried the Dayton tires. The price is right and a lot of the smaller commercial trucks use them. Just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with them on their 2500 HD.

Thanks

I've been using the Bridgestone Dueler AT Revos since the first week I've had the truck (about 2500 miles). I'm also running the 265s load range E on my stock wheels. The truck handles great with them. Can't wait to add Bilsteins to the mix.

Consider Toyo M55 tires. They come in the 255x85R16 size, have a great rep for durability and good on highway and off road/snow/mud combo. However, like everything else, it can't do all things well. Seems to be good all around and excel in tread life.

I have 285 BFG A/T's in a D range. They have more capacity than the stock tires running less pressure. They are awesome in the snow and very durable off road. They look and work great on the stock rims. I don't find them to be noisy at all.

Michelin 265/75/16 LTX MS. Quiet with excellent rain and snow handling. Available at COSTCO or SAMS.

I've got Dunlop Radial Mud Rovers, 255/85/16. I have nearly 14k on them now with about half the tread left. They have been great. Excellent grip and good handling, but you can still tell they are a mud tire. You can see pictures of them below by clicking the link in my signature.
