I remember seeing 2 speed rearends on some mid '80's model 1 ton duallys. These are pretty hard to find but it would sure be nice if Chevy would bring them back. With all the torque the dmax and the 8.1 have can you just imagine the launch with say a 3:08 gear? Not to mention fuel milage. Then push a button and wamo instant stump pulling. Has anyone tried the auxilary tranny sets from US gear? Seems like to good an idea to let it slide.
