OD TCM Update

My truck was built March 2002. I had the speedo reflash for 265 vs 245 tires when I bought this truck in June 2002. I have checked the calibration info with my VIN. I don't see see the TCM update for the OD, but it does show mt speedo reflash. Will the calibration info show the OD lockout reflash? How else can I tell if I have the OD flash?

According to the 07/2002 GM Tech Link publication, the OD lockout TCM update was released on 03/24/02.

The GM calibration info website does NOT list TCM updates. I have yet to read about or find a site that has the TCM info.
