Does anyone have the p/n and price for the primed smooth fender flares from GM. I want the OE fenders not the GMDirect cheap ones. Anyone??

Part numbers for front and rear (don't remember which is which) primed flares was - 12497244 and 12497245 (cost of each pair $201.15 Can). These were flat black, OEM units that I then had painted and intsalled on our white 2002 SB. Total cost including paint, re&re was $708 Can. Sort of made me wish I had bought one of the colors that were matched.
