The ILLUM fuse is located behind the removable panel on the left side of the dash. Do you have power there?

Pin A7 is the ILLUM power pin for the IPC. This is a gray wire.

Are your PD123 lights showing up?? Mine were constantly coming and going & the Dealer was NO help at all in the end I replaced the NSBU switch and the problem never came back. I can't remember if it effected the dash lights, but do remember them (dealer) saying it was probably the "cluster" they ended up replacing the dimmer switch to no avail.

He already got this one figured out on another thread. It was an aftermarket gauge lighting issue.

This illustrates why it's poor BB etiquette to start multiple threads asking for help. It wastes people's time. :(
