broken dualie rear fender

Had the misfortune of putting the side of a utility trailer through the side of the rear drivers fender,now missing a 2 ft square piece,
any one had one of these off before,and know the routine to removing it? Plus a source for a replacement ? cannot seem to locate GM Parts online.

Send them an email, or call them. They are a GM dealer, and can get any part. Prices are usually 50% of a local dealer's parts counter. S/H is usually high for smaller stuff, but on large stuff, I've done well.
