Need 2001 front end measurments

Can someone please help me on my 2001. I need some idea as what the original heights were on my truck. I need the distance from the axle (center of hub) to the ground on stock tires. I also need a measurement from some point on the frame to the ground. I would assume the distance to the cross member under the engine would work for the second measurement. I am trying to get my torsion bars set back closer to factory and I need some idea as to where to go down to.

For starters, the f. bumper at the end near the tire is 17.75"

I have a file someone sent me on how to adjust the bars on the 2001's the only thing is I can attach it here I would have to e-mail it to you and will if you would like it. It shows how and where to take the measurments on the frame and bars, it also shows how to adjust the bars if you attach a snow plow to our trucks.
