No matter what setting I put my heater controls on I can not get hot air to my feet. I seem to remember this coming up a couple of years ago but a search has turned up nothing. Help would be appreciated.

This is a problem with my 01 dually, but only on the passenger side. Also, as we were coming home from Texas 2 Christmas's ago my wife was complaining that she was freezing (outside temp 22*). I thought she was just being persnickity, but when she spelled me driving I too started to freeze. When I got home I took the truck to the dealership and they found that a gasket was improperly installed from the factory. This gasket was between the firewall & heater box. So, the extra cold air can exaserbate the poor warm-air flow characteristics of the heater.
