Does anyone out there have any expierence on using
Jaspar motors?

When I was shopping, I thought they were really expensive. I also checked Marshall engines, they had a better warranty & were cheaper for 3/4-1 ton trucks if the truck was owned by an individual, but I felt they did not have the experience either. Who knows which blk you would get from either of these rebuilders. I believe the advertisers on this page have more experience
and similair warranties with these engines. I think Avant will build what you want.

I tore mine down to see what I needed(sleeved). With the use of this page and research I determined what block and extras that were required to build a good engine w/power. I had the blk I wanted, so I found a local machine shop that had worked on these blks and heads b4. I put mine together w/a new fuel system and extras for about the same $ as Jasper IIRC.

I do know people who used Jasper for gas engines
and had good results.
