6 by 9 speakers

I have 4 by 10 speakers in 1982 gmc truck, I want to put in some 6 by 9 speakers, however the factory plates are too small to cut out to fit in 6 by 9's does anyone know where you can gets some 6 by 9 plates to fit my truck
