Well, they're on, and they look pretty good. I got the black/black wheel-to-wheel for Crew Cab Long Box. I don't have any pics yet.

Some notes:

1. Installation wasn't too bad, but I did it myself and had to "improvise" a bit for my "installation buddy" by using a few blocks of wood. It's easier with another person.

2. For some reason unknown to me, the bolts were 14mm and the nuts were 9/16". (????) Not a big deal, but being under the truck with two wrenches in the wrong hands while pushing up on the bar with my knee made me "chuckle".

3. The instructions really weren't too bad, but I did have to study the parts vs the pics a few times to see what the picture was trying to show me.

4. For the rear connection, you remove the nut on the front leaf spring bolt, then put the rear mount on, then reinstall the bolt. There is another bolt that goes into the top of the leaf spring connector. This is a pretty stout connection point.

5. The other two connections to the frame (middle and front) are "clamped" down on the frame using a backing bar and a top bolt and bottom bolt. They are designed to miss the fuel lines and seem to work pretty well.

6. The step surfaces themselves are inset into the bars and not just screwed into the tops of the bars. Makes 'em look a little better.

7. All of the nuts are locking nuts.

8. The bars are adjustable probably 1-1/2" in and out, but not much up and down, due to the clamping system and using the rear leaf spring bolt, but it wouldn't be tough at all to drill different holes on the brackets to move the bars up/down or in/out a few inches.

All in all, I'm very satisfied with these bars, and them being all black with my very dark green truck makes them not stand out too much. You can still see in between the bars and the cab and see a little of the frame, but with my mud flaps, they don't stick out at all.
