I'm sure this is pump. Going on 100K on pump and code 35. This has been going on now all year.
The thing is,around town driving the ses will not show it self. Any speed above 40 has a mine of its own. Interstate speeds the ses just comes and goes. At times it stays on longer and other times, on and off.
Truck runs and starts good. Mpg has not changed and no problem with power.
Drove 1800 miles down and back to Newportnews VA. No troble but the ses on and off light worries me some. Have leave this Sunday and repeat trip.
Should I worry? Will the code 35 end up to the point the truck will soon DIE :eek:

Check closure time with a scan tool, but I wouldn't worry. Roger (from PA) drove out to MT Rendezvous and many tens of thousand miles more on a pump that was setting this code. You MAY even cure it with a chip change. ;)
