View Full Version : TFP Stainless Steel Handle Inserts
Received a full set(4) front & back door Stainless Steel Door Handle inserts for 03 GMC.
They look fabulous and fit like a glove.
I was advised from my accessory shop that these items would not be available until early next year. Low and behold he called me this morning and said he had something I would be interested in. Well these inserts are awesome looking. I will have to see how they stand up to wear & tear but for now they look GREAT!
The product # for GMC is TFP 402S if anyone is interested.
I looked up the product on the internet you can look at them at tfpusa.com.

We went shopping yesterday after installing these inserts and I only stopped at 3 places and got 3 comments about how great the truck looked.
The inserts were the only change I had made.
You fellows should take a look at these they KICK IT UP another notch....

Hey they look great! I want a set! CCDS, can you confirm that part number? I looked at the website and find slightly different part numbers. Did you get the tailgate handle too? Thanks Dave
ccds, Just how hard was it to install those inserts? I've got some Escalade door handles I'd like to install. What would be my difficulty.

Blue_lightning:
I goofed...went to the shop where I got the handles the correct number is :
TFP402S
This is a set of four for a crew cab, its a set of 4... 1 set L&R with key hole for front doors and 1 set L&R with no key hole for rear doors.
dmaxstu:
they probably have them for Ecalde handles you would have to check the site.
It took all of 10 min. to install them hardest part was cleaning the plastic with alcohol to make sure the 3M tape wouldn't come off.
They are slick to install and sure kick it up a notch....

ccds, Are these door handles 3M tape stick-ons? Cuz, if they are, stylin' concepts sells them also!
Buck:
yes there is a thin 3M double sided tape way that keeps the inserts stuck on to the door handle and the perimeter area around the door handle.....
stylinconcepts could have them I took a look at their site, they have lots of items but I couldn't find the inserts...

Kev:
I have the whole set to....glad you like them.
The only problem I had with one is it pulled off in the very cold weather. I retaped it and have had no more problems since.
I get more compliments on the handles that I get from all the other options I have put on.
