Light Booster
More Light for GM's 1992-current Vans & Light-Trucks

http://www.thedieselpage.com/reviews/lightbooster.htm

Product Review: Here in the northern latitudes during the winter months, we spend a lot of time driving to and from work in the dark, and I appreciate all of the illumination a good set of headlamps can deliver. To improve night driving, Diesel Services Group began offering a performance headlamp wiring kit for GM vans and light-trucks (equipped with 9005 (HB3) and 9006 (HB4) bulbs) that provides a significant improvement in headlamp intensity.

Didnt get a chance to read the entire article. Will this work as well on the '03's?? I am really unhappy with my lights and was going to add auxiliary lights but this may be my answer. Lots of Deer hits around here so the more light the better. http://forum.thedieselpage.com/ubb/icons/icon14.gif

Please contact http://www.dieselservices.com for more information. They will have current application info, and should have some hands-on installation experience with the new trucks.

I will agree with that. One of the tops on my upgrade list as well. Though I would sure like to add a couple of items on your list Dave. I am down to my last couple of Rally bulbs though. Still looking for a good replacement for the Phillips.

Hey Sdaver how did you hook the kennedy harness up? I wasnt too pleased with the output on mine. I hooked it off the battery. should I hook it directly off the alternator?

OK, Yes go directly off the alternator. Without the hot bulbs results may be less than stellar. I finally found a few more of the illegal Phillips.... should be good for a few more years! Use 70W lows and 100W highs to get the most out of this setup.

Does anyone know if this system will work on an '04 with a NEW Boss Snowplow?

I don't want to get one and then find out that it messes up the snowplow wiring somehow.
