'03 GMC badging

Not that it really matters as I like not having them. But, did they stop putting the SLE cab badges on the trucks in '03? I've seen some pics of member's trucks with SLT badges, but my SLE is absent any such designation.

My 03 SLE does not have them but, my buddies 03 SLT does.

Must be another cost-cutting measure. :( Regardless, I like the "cleaner" look of no badges.

Mine has them and is an "SLE". Perhaps it's the assembly line. Mine says "Pontiac" on the door. On another note, the "Duramax" badge is smaller. I haven't kept track so I don't know if this is from '02 or is also new to '03.

Hmmm... that's interesting as mine was also assembled in Pontiac. Maybe they ran out for a while. ;)

Mine was assembled at Pontiac in the week of Dec 16 and I got the SLE badge.
