Has anyone had any trouble with their power windows? My Drivers window just quit working and I have determined that it's the motor and I just wanted to know if anyone has any tips for changing one?

Usually it is the cable system that carries the window up and down. GM services the thing as a assembly with new motor. Over 200 bucks. It is a simple fix, no special tools required about 20 minutes.

yeah,
Ditto here, I replaced mine about a month ago, somewhere in the 200 range.
They replace the motor they call it a regulator and all the cable.
The cable actually rusted and broke on mine, as I was going into the carwash
Anyway, it does happen
My drivers side window sounded terrible about 6 months after I got it. Of course they replaced the motor and assembly on warranty.

My rear driver side window has gone belly up, along with my seat programmer. Need to take the beast in. Let me know what you find out about the problem.
Thanks,
Ron
