A lot of guys have done this already, but it doesn't hurt for anyone new to the 6.5 community.
My already heavily modified truck is going to be getting a HX35W from a 2001 Dodge, 31x12x3 same side inlet/oulet bar and plate intercooler(really big) and a new boost gage max 35#.
Still working on piping, weld the intake manifold, fabricate new downpipe to mate with existing exh system, incorporating crankcase ventilation system to the downpipe, and where all this new stuff is going to fit in the engine compartment.
I do not plan on turning up the DB2 until i've assessed the new upgrades and how the engine responds. All things considered, I hope to make more power and not affect the reliability or longevity of the truck.
All this stuff does affect my pocket book though!!!
