stalling

I just got done installin a custom intercooler and when i took it for a test drive the vehicle started to stall quit often like evry 100ft I have never had a problem witt this before please help

You obviously have to start by going over every electrical connector that there's even a remote chance you bumped during your install. That being said, your symptoms are suspiciously like the FSD/PMD problems all of us with 6.5's experience at some time during the life of our trucks. I'd suggest a search on each of these (FSD & PMD).
