Busted Grill

Hi all. I have a 2002 Chevy 2500 HD. Yesterday on my way to a party a large bird I think it was a chicken tried to take flight out of someones front yard and only made it as far as the right front of my truck. Broke the plastic crome bar that goes between the lights and also broke the plastic that hlds the turn signal in and might have broke the turn singal as well. I am wondering if that crome bar is part of the grill or a seprat peice and also if any one make a full replacement grill not just an insert. Also any links to pictures would be nice. Maybe time for a grill gaurd this county living can be tough on the front end of a truck.

The grill is an assembly and the part number is 15768342. The center support (which I need a replacement clip as I lost the one on mine) and the center bowtie will come off. I have not been able to find a breakdown of the parts, but maybe someone will. At least you now have the part number for the whole thing, if all else fails.

I had the same thing happen, only it was a hungry owl or something. Didn't stop to see what it was. You can use an adhesive called goop at Wally world or Home Depot. It has held my grille together for some time now.
