Can anyone do me a favor and measure the height of the bed of the truck with either a 4" or 6" lift and what size tires. I want to get a lift but if it wont be able to fit in my garage I dont want to get one, due to all the hail storms we get here in Oklahoma. Thanks for the help

Asked same question about a month ago. Wanted to know if my new fifth wheel would clear the bed rails with a 6" lift and 35" tires. Was told that top of bed rails measured 60". I got a 6" Superlft and 35" Parnelli Jones Dirt Grips and mine measures just under 62", to top of bed rails. Went with this lift because we are getting a little more lift out of this kit than most spindle lifts-Fabtech,RCD,Rancho etc. Truck does fit trailer without even flipping the axles.

XAM-D,
Any Pictures of your truck lifted? Mine is going in tomorrow for a 6" RCD. How much higher is the Superlift lifting the truck compared to the RCD? How is the ride?

D-n-Tyke,

A buddy has his '02 2500 CC LB D/a lifted using the the 6" RCD kit.

The front bumper needs to be slightly trimmed and the torsions cranked a little more than a gasser would.

The RCD lift was really designed for the gassers and the front end is INCREDIBLY smooth in the Duramaxes.

So is your friend happy with the lift? You say that the front end is really smooth. Do you mean the ride quality?
Truck is getting lifted today should have it back tonight and am really looking forward to getting it back.
